In the entertainment industry, it's often said that professionalism is the true hallmark of long-term success. Your unique look and raw talent are vital, but professionalism is what keeps your name and brand secure in the minds of those who seek to work with you, whether for the first time or repeatedly.
Similarly, for entertainment management professionals in various capacities, ethics is the cornerstone that defines success or failure. This belief has been shared by many over the years, leading some to create associations, organizations, and coalitions to formally address professionalism among performers and ethics within entertainment agencies.
However, FC Talent takes a different approach. We don't adhere to antiquated rules and guidelines set by others, nor do we feel pressured to join external associations or organizations to validate our unwavering commitment to you, the performer. Instead, you will discover our very own Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct (Code & Standards), outlined below.
The FC Talent Code & Standards is a living document, shaped by insights from respected performers and industry leaders. Most importantly, it is open to additions by you.
We encourage you to take the time to thoroughly review our Code & Standards and determine if they align with what you're seeking in an agency. Existing FC Talent performers have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of accountability, the elevation of professionalism, and the promotion of ethical conduct.
